These are real clients who worked with the FaceRemodeling Method. No filters, no retouching — just the face before and after a course of buccal, deep tissue and lymphatic face sculpting massage.
I've trained thousands of women to use this method, both as a professional service for their clients and as a practice they can do at home. The results below show what changes when you work with the cause of facial ageing, not just its signs.
What the FaceRemodeling Method changes
The changes take place at a deep level — through muscle and fascia, down to the position of the bones of the face and skull. By reducing myofascial tension, strain and the pull it exerts on the tissues, the method allows the face to open and rebalance.
Wrinkles soften, asymmetry decreases and puffiness resolves. The forehead lifts, the cheekbones sit higher and the facial contours take on a younger, lifted shape.
Why the results go deeper than the skin
Most facial treatments work on the surface. But the skin is only the outer expression of ageing. A blurred jawline, deepening folds or a heavy eyelid are usually the result of tension and pull in the deeper layers of the face.
That's why the method combines three approaches:
- Buccal massage, performed from inside the mouth, reaches the deep facial and chewing muscles that are hard to access from the outside.
- Deep tissue and fascial massage releases the areas buccal work can't reach.
- Lymphatic facial massage reduces puffiness and supports the tissue as it changes.
The neck, décolleté and shoulders are always part of the work. Facial ageing never happens in just one spot — it's a chain reaction through muscles and fascia.

Jawline and jowls
A blurred jawline and jowls often come from tension in the chewing muscles and the neck pulling the lower face down. Buccal massage releases these muscles from the inside, while deep tissue work restores the contour from the outside.
Nasolabial folds
Deepening nasolabial folds are rarely just a skin problem. They reflect how the tissues of the mid-face have shifted and tightened. As that tension releases, the folds soften.
Eye area and upper eyelids
A drooping eyelid is often connected to tension in the forehead and scalp. As the forehead releases and lifts, the eye area opens.
Facial asymmetry
Chewing on one side, posture and daily habits create uneven tension. Working with both sides of the face, jaw and neck helps the face return to a more balanced alignment.
Puffiness and facial swelling
Lymphatic facial massage before and after results are often visible after the very first session. As fluid drains and circulation improves, the face looks more defined
How many sessions does it take?
Most clients see a visible difference after 1 sessions. For lasting results, I recommend a course of 10 sessions, followed by regular home practice / maintenance sessions every 1 or 2 weeks.
Results in professional practice
I've trained beauty therapists, cosmetologists, estheticians, massage therapists and physiotherapists in the FaceRemodeling Method. For them, it has become a professional, results-driven service that sets their work apart - a treatment clients return for because they can see the difference.
You can learn the method online, in person in Riga, or by inviting me to teach a group in your city.

Results at home
Many women also learn the self-massage version of the method: buccal self-massage, sculpting self-massage for the face and décolleté, gua sha and face yoga - gym. Practised regularly, these techniques help maintain results between professional sessions, or build them on their own.

Frequently asked questions
Does buccal massage really work?
Yes, when it's part of a complete approach. Buccal massage releases the deep muscles inside the mouth. Combined with deep tissue and lymphatic work, it changes the face at every level.
How long do the results last?
Because the method works with the cause rather than the signs, results last longer than surface treatments. Regular home practice helps maintain them.
Can I do buccal massage on myself?
Yes. Buccal self-massage is one of the techniques I teach for home practice.
Is it an alternative to injectables?
Many clients choose the FaceRemodeling Method as a natural approach to facial ageing — working with their own muscles, fascia and tissues, without needles or surgery.
